To whom it may concern: I
am pleased to offer this testimonial to the fine quality of printing
and customer service I have received from Gold Country Printing and
most especially my Print Rep, Tom Spiva.
When I came on as
Editor of NASW California News in February of 2003, Gold Country
Printing had only recently become our printer. The quality of the
printing we had been receiving from our former printer was dismal to
say the least; bad registration, low-resolution photos and other
graphic images all at a high cost that only included black ink. In
addition, we were required to submit negatives to the printer and we
offered no pre-press services.
Gold Country Printing not only
came in with a lower printing cost, but gave us spot color on our front
and back pages and double truck at no additional cost. Further, Gold
Country did not require negatives but used our digital files to produce
our pub at a much higher quality than what we had formerly received.
After
their Computer-To-Plate system was put in place, our pub gained further
quality improvement and shorter turnaround time. We have never had a
delay in printing our pub and the inclusion of a local mailhouse,
Placer Mailing, has made our monthly publication a breeze to produce.
Both
the imaging department and our sales Rep, Tom, have been consistently
cooperative and helpful. I would highly recommend gold Country Printing
for anyone interested in high quality, on-time service.
